Gary has more than 20 years’ experience in senior-level marketing, strategy and business development positions with FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies. He received his Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organisational Psychology and Leadership from the University of Lancaster and completed the Advanced Development Program at Cranfield University.

Gary co-founded AlpinaSearch to better serve the talent needs of innovative growth technology ventures. Gary has recruited senior executive talent for dozens of Enterprise, Telco and Deep Tech software and SaaS scale-ups funded by leading VCs and PE investors. He has an extensive network of relationships with investors, NEDs and high impact senior executives in technology ventures across Europe & the US.
